KEGG

The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) is a suite of databases and associated software, integrating the current knowledge on molecular interaction networks in biological processes (PATHWAY database), the information about the universe of genes and proteins (GENES/SSDB/KO databases), and the information about the universe of chemical compounds and reactions (COMPOUND/DRUG/GLYCAN/REACTION databases). The data objects in the KEGG databases are all represented as graphs and various computational methods are developed to detect graph features that can be related to biological functions
