VisAnt

VisANT is an online visualization and analysis tool for biological interaction data It consists of a three-tier enterprise system designed specifically for the integrative visual data-mining of multi-scale Bio-Network/Pathways. It features multi-scale visualization of bio-networks. The VisANT platform is supported by the Predictome database, other binary interaction data are auto-collected from MIPS and BIND. VisANT is integrated with other external databases through cross-reference, including GenBank, SGD, Flybase, KEGG, GO, and HUGO.
